Baner Road is located on the East ofDehu-KatrajvBypass on NH-4 in Pune. Starting from Pune University Chowk, Baner Road stretches right up to BalewadiGaonPhata.

Baner Road is strategically located near the Hinjewadi IT Park, Mumbai-Pune Highway and Pune Expressway. From a sleepy town, the area has today emerged as a residential hotspot thanks to the expanding IT fabric and educationalinstitutes.The area faces demand from both students and professionals. "Due to swift connectivity, the locality has witnessed fast growth of residential and commercial projects. Several prominent developers have launched premium residential projects on Baner Road and are today,witnessing good demand," Rashid Khan, a city-based broker said.

 the average price in Baner Road is Rs 7,221 per sqft. For a 1BHK flat of size 350 - 965 sq ft, one may find some good choices within Rs 24.60 - 57.40 lakh. For a 2BHK flat, the size range is 850 - 1415 sqft and the price is in the range of Rs 41 - 96 lakh. A 3BHK flat in the size range of 1200 - 2200 sqft, the price is Rs 60 lakh - 1.40 crore.

Due to the quality of life that the Pune-Baner Road provides to its citizens, it is heading towards self-sufficiency. Over the years, the area has evolved as the party hotspot of Pune and boasts of premium restaurants, bars and shopping stores.
